Once a month I happily commit to attending MastercLLass with personal chef Neill Anthony, NOMU, André Pentz and Smeg, at Stockhome in Woodstock.

I always come away with a smile on my face and when luck is on my side, I have even been known to win a prize or two.

Last night, Neill did not disappoint and thanks to André, each course was paired beautifully with wine.

Starter: white beans, sauteed prawns with cured pork neck and white onion espuma. Wine pairing: Nederburg Riesling Vintage 2011
Main: poached chicken breast on asian pear salad, sprinkled with chillied cashew nuts. Wine pairing: Louisvale Chavant 2011
Dessert: brownie & shortbread crumble, drizzled with kahlua, topped with espresso mousse, sprinkled with crumbed tennis biscuits

Another delicious meal in the company of fellow food & wine lovers.
